For personnel employed by the Agency in the CO/WY District, you would call the CO/WY District EEO Office at 303-227-5304. You will provide them with the date of the incident, your name, address and telephone number. The EEO office will then send you a EEO packet to complete and return to them. Please keep in mind that the CO/WY District EEO Office is not an extension of the Denver Regional EEOC, but it is an arm of the Agency. Also, you must abide by all suspense dates imposed. If you don't, your complaint will be dismissed at some level and you will have no recourse unless extenuating circumstances precluded you from abiding by those suspense dates, and those circumstances are rare.
